Sheri Salata spent 20 years up close and personal with Oprah Winfrey as the Executive producer of The Oprah Winfrey Show and then co-president of the OWN Network. She learned from the absolute best. Her Why Not Now? moment hit her one day when she realized that many areas of her life hadn’t been tended to and she said she became scared that she was digging her own grave. She didn’t want to just be known as the woman who “for 20 years had a great job”.
